David Silberman joined LeVine, Wittenberg & Shugan in 2006 after receiving a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the DePaul University School of Law. Prior to graduating from law school, he was selected for a clerkship with the Honorable Judge Helaine Berger in the Domestic Relations Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County which provided him with a unique perspective into family law. Mr. Silberman also received two prestigious awards in law school, namely, CALI in Real Estate Transactions and CALI in Legal Writing. In addition to litigating complex family law matters he has written appellate briefs, pre-nuptial agreements, as well as negotiated marital settlement and parenting agreements. Mr. Silberman graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in 1997, magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa. Prior to attending law school he worked as a pharmaceutical representative for Pfizer.
